reservaIA comes out of a dull observation: in a restaurant mid-service, or a clinic with a full waiting room, the phone rings and nobody can pick it up. That call rarely comes back.

We work between Madrid and Barcelona, and we build one thing: an agent that picks up what you can't get to —calls and WhatsApp— and leaves the booking in the diary you already use. We don't do bespoke projects and we don't sell ten products: we make this one, alongside the businesses that use it every day.

How we work

• ✓We talk to whoever is at the front desk, not only to whoever signs.
• ✓We don't promise what the product can't do yet. If something isn't there, we say so.
• ✓Nobody is left to it: we set the agent up with you and listen to it working before we hand it over.
• ✓If after a month you don't see bookings coming in on their own, we switch it off ourselves.

A hair salon in Madrid and a two-site restaurant group in the Baix Empordà use it. We started there on purpose: businesses where the phone is the till.
